How can I track my order?
An email with a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also check the status of you order by logging into your account. You can also email us regarding order status.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations are accepted 24 hours after an order is placed as long as your order has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible regarding cancelling or changing your order.
Does Chicfetti offer coupon codes, promotions or other deals?
Yes, we do. Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified when we have a sale or promotion.
Can I send a gift message with my order?
Yes. Please type your gift message in the notes box at checkout. We can only offer one gift message per order.
What is the correct way to list initials for a monogram?

Do you accept custom orders?
We accept custom orders depending on our current work load. If you have something custom that you would like made, send us an email.
