Why do I need to use Adobe Reader for the files?

The files use Adobe Reader to get the editable text fields to work correctly. If you are using a PDF viewer other than Adobe Reader, then the text in the files is not going to work correctly.

Why do I need to unlock the files to download them?

We provide our files free of charge. All we ask for in return is that you share them with your friends.

What do you do with the email address we provide to you when we sign up for your mailing list?

We promise to never sell your information and email address to any third party. You will receive emails from us regarding updates to our site, updates to your account or sales in our shop.

No, you may not sell the printed product or put the designs on products. We do not allow our files to be sold or uploaded to any other sites. How do the printable monograms work?

To get the monograms to work you must first make sure that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Reader for free here. If you already have Adobe Reader installed, make sure the version on your computer is updated to the most recent version. If you don’t have the most recent version expect to have some issues with editing the monograms. When you download any of the monogram files from our site, make sure that they are opening in Adobe Reader. The monogram files are PDF documents (protected document format documents). There are many PDF readers out there other than Adobe Reader. If you are opening the file in another PDF reader then the monogram will not work properly. For Mac users, you can download Adobe Reader as well and make sure the file is opening in Adobe Reader instead of the default PDF reader which is called Preview on a Mac. If you aren’t sure how to change your default PDF reader to Adobe Reader then you can always right click on the download button, save the file to your computer, open Adobe Reader then in Adobe Reader go to file, down to open and open the file from where you saved it.

Once you have the file opened in the Adobe Reader, you can click on the existing letters and edit them to your letters. Make sure you are entering them in all caps. If you are having issues clicking on each letter, use the tab key on your keyboard to move between each letter.

When you go to print any of the monograms make sure that page scaling is set to NONE. This is very important for most of the monograms because they are a specific size and if you scale them down then they won’t fit how they are intended.
