The first thing you need to know is that you cannot upload SVG files to the version of Silhouette Studio that is included with the machine purchase. You will need to purchase Silhouette Studio Designer Edition in order to upload SVG files. This is the one thing that confuses people when they are trying to import SVG files. Silhouette does have different versions of the software. Most users don’t know they need an different version of the software to import SVG files.
