- Size 16″x20″ can fit approximately 8 tables (around 80 names), Size 18″x24″ can fit approximately 12 tables (around 120 names), Size 24″x36″ can fit approximately 20 tables (around 200 names). You don’t need these exact numbers of tables and names. These are just guidelines to help you decide which size you need. We can adjust the font and move things around accordingly for your number of tables.
How to order:
- Upload your guest list through the upload button at the time of ordering.
- We will create your seating chart and email you a proof within 2-3 business days after you place your order.
- Review and approve the proof.
- After you approve the proof, we will send your order to print and ship it out.
The production time is 3-5 business days. Your order will ship out 3-5 business days after you place the order. Then there is time in transit which depends on the time of shipping that you pick at checkout. To calculate when an order should arrive to you add the production time and the shipping time.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns on:
- Digital Downloads/Products
- Personalized Items
- Sale Items
We will accept returns up to 15 days after you received the order. We do not accept any returns after the 15 day time period has passed.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and unopened. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened and do not have their original packaging.
The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not pay for the shipping back to us.

For custom products such as monogrammed items, returns are only available for items that are our error. Otherwise, returns on personalized items are not accepted. Please choose carefully and make sure you are entering in your personalization information correctly.
Damaged/Defective Items
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. No exceptions. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please take a digital photo of the item and the package and notify us immediately.
