Processing times (all countries):

We ship from the USA. Most non-personalized orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days. Most personalized items process within 5-7 business days. Each individual product description includes that product’s processing time. Processing is calculated in business days. For example, if you place an order on Monday, 3 business days from then is Thursday so your order should be shipped Thursday. However, keep in mind if you place your order on the weekend, a holiday or past 12pm ET, processing time begins the following business day. For example, if a non-personalized order is placed at 3:00pm on Monday, it will ship by the coming Friday.

If your order contains a personalized item, your order will not be shipped out until the personalized item is complete. If you are in a rush and need to have items ship separately, please place separate orders.

Delivery times (USA):

Estimated delivery dates are calculated as such: processing time + shipping time = estimated delivery date. For example, processing time (1-3 business days) + shipping time (1-4 day USPS priority shipping) = 7 business days from the date you ordered for your order to arrive to you.

Flat rate & Free shipping: 3-8 business days after the order ships

Priority shipping: 1-4 business days after the order ships

Express shipping: 1-2 business days after the order ships

UPS 2 Day: 2 business days after the order ships

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day after the order ships

Delivery times (International):

Each customer is responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes that they may incur when shipping to countries outside of the US.

International orders as shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. This shipping can take over a month to arrive once shipped and cannot be tracked once it leaves the US. If you have any issues with the delivery of your international order please contact the shipping company directly for assistance.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.


An email with a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also check the status of you order by logging into your account. 

Digital Items: 

Digital items are delivered via email to the email address that you use when you place the order. You will receive a separate email from Corjl after you place the order with a download link and instructions on how to access your digital file.
